No Fuss Pumpkin Shaped Rolls

The inspiration for these pumpkin rolls came from Beyond Kimchee‘s gorgeous pumpkin dinner rolls {from scratch} recipe. When I have more time, I will definitely have to try those. This week is just a little busy, so I tried Kari Anne from Thistlewood farm’s shortcut idea to make these similar pumpkin shaped rolls, but without all the fuss, because they’re made from frozen dough!

Here is what I did:

Helpful hints:

  • Allow yourself enough time to let these rolls rise…up to a total of 4 hours.
  • If making on Thanksgiving day, pop these in the oven as the turkey comes out to “rest”. They only take 15-20 minutes to bake.
  • Don’t have any serving bowls or plates left? Why not pile these high in a flower pot?
